Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, The Assembly Company is a small, owner-operated business serving Southeast Michigan and the Greater Toledo area.

How does pricing work?
We provide flat-rate pricing based on the exact product you purchased. Send us the make, model, or product link and we’ll review it before quoting the job.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The Assembly Company is owner-operated. You deal directly with the owner from quote to assembly.
Can you remove my existing structure?
Yes. Removal and haul-away is available for qualifying sheds, gazebos, pergolas, playsets, and similar structures. Pricing starts at $499.
Do I need to have the product before scheduling?
You don’t necessarily need to have it on site yet, but you should at least have a confirmed delivery date before scheduling. We’ll also need the make, model, or product link so we can review the project and provide accurate pricing.
How soon can you schedule my project?
Availability varies by season and location. Once we review your project, we’ll let you know the earliest available dates.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Yes. If there’s an issue caused by our workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we’ll review it and make it right. Manufacturer defects or product failures are handled through the retailer or manufacturer.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
If your product is missing parts, damaged, or defective, we may not be able to finish the assembly that day. Any return trip required because of product issues is subject to an additional trip charge.
Does the site need to be prepared before you arrive?
Yes. The assembly area should be accessible, reasonably level, clear of debris, and ready for the product. We do not currently provide grading, excavation, concrete pads, or foundation work.
